All orders will be fulfilled within 1-5 business days of being placed unless stated on the header of our website or at our checkout page. Shipping estimates expressed at check-out include fulfillment time.
All orders are delivered within 2-13 business days after being fulfilled depending on the region and barring any shipping delays. All shipping methods (except local delivery, available in Oakville & Burlington) come with a tracking number that allows you to track the estimated delivery date of your order. Store Pickup is ready as soon as the order is fulfilled.
Shipping rates vary from $13.49 CAD ($9.80 USD) to $27.99 CAD ($20.35 USD) depending on the state or province the order is being shipped to. All rates are flat, meaning that they will not increase or decrease depending on the size of your order. You can order multiple things and pay for the same rate, or spend over a certain amount and get free shipping.
Boost My Eco is proud to offer free standard shipping Canada and U.S-wide. For an order to qualify for free shipping, the order total after taxes and discounts (if applicable) must be in excess of the following amounts depending on the province or state that the order is being shipped to:

Sometimes shipping carriers will not be able to deliver to your address for a number of reasons, including mistakes when inputting your address or having too small of PO boxes. We use the exact same address provide through the order details. If any extra shipping charges are incurred based on an error made by a customer when placing or as circumstance of having a small PO Box, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for these extra charge if they still wish to receive the item.
Refunds & Returns
Boost My Eco is committed to providing the freshest products and reducing the environmental impacts of the products we make. We use natural ingredients with a short expiry period, we make the smallest batches possible and on a frequent basis to ensure our products' freshness, returned products would lose their freshness and risk expiring. Moreover, returning products contributes to greenhouse gas emissions and additional waste. For these reasons, as a natural and sustainable skincare business we do not accept returned products. For these reasons, we do not accept returned products or give refunds.
We understand that not everyone's skin is the same, if you are unsure whether a product would work for you or not, we encourage you to message us and we will get back to you with more additional information.
If a product shipped by us arrives damaged, we will send out a replacement free of charge. If this occurs, please contact us using our contact form with the subject line "Damaged Product" and include an image of the damaged product clearly showing the damage.
