Key Ingredients:
White Willow Bark Extract: White Willow Bark is a well known ingredient to cleanse acne prone and oilier skin, because it contains salicin, a similar, but gentler version of salicylic acid, so it exfoliates deep into the pores. It also has some skin calming properties and makes pores appear smaller.
Pineapple Extract: Pineapple contains some enzymes that lightly and gently digest dead skin in the top layer of the skin. Pineapple also helps clean acne-prone skin and promote skin brightness.
Glycerin: Glycerin is one of the best humectants in skincare today, drawing water into the skin, ensuring that the skin does not dry out throughout the cleansing process.
- Citric Acid: Citric Acid is a fruit based Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA), the main exfoliant in this product, and also an antioxidant. As an AHA, citric acid is milder than glicolic acid, so it gently but effectively removes dead skin and hyperpigmentation.
